About

I am a fourth year PhD candidate in the Agrawal lab in the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Department at Cornell University.

My ecological research looks at how monarch butterflies interact with their host plant Asclepias milkweed under artificial light at night (ALAN).

With an academic background in biology and sociology, I value collaboration between multiple disciplines including the life sciences and social sciences.
I incorporate ecological conservation with ethnography to investigate how adding pollinator gardens at senior homes will assist pollinators while also influencing the engagement and the overall wellbeing of senior residents at assisted living facilities.
