What is MonArch?
MonArch is a summer gardening program located in St. Louis, MO that increases milkweed habitats for Monarchs with the help of St. Louis youth.
MonArch is centered around the value of fostering meaningful connections between St. Louis youth and volunteers from organizations at Washington University in St. Louis that focus on promoting diversity and inclusion in science.

Throughout the month of July 2022, the volunteers in the MonArch program planted milkweed gardens at Tyson Research Center and Litzsinger Road Ecology Center.
